I was first introduced to Crossfit Revenant when a friend of mine invited me to come down and watch their CrossFit open heat in 2021, what stayed with me the most about going to this open event was the coaches, they didn't discourage but instead adapted each movement to the ability of the members who was well into her pregnancy so she could take part and in fact had one of the coach judge her to make sure she was using correct form.
