I started working out here a couple of years ago. I knew nothing about CrossFit before coming. They scaled everything and met me where I was. Love the coaches and the community!

Been coming here for about two and half years. Always enjoyed lifting in the gym and never thought that I would enjoy a group class. I truly enjoy not only the Olympic lifting and work outs, but learning new skills. Everything in crossfit is a progression which makes you want to work harder to get better at one skill, which in turn will get you better at another.
