I dropped in three times while visiting family from New York, and as a first-timer to CrossFit, I couldn’t have had a better experience! The facility is spotless and well-equipped, the workouts were challenging but accessible, and the coach was fantastic: Jason was knowledgeable, encouraging, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!
I dropped in at CrossFit Restore while visiting from out of town and had an awesome experience. The facility was super clean and well-equipped, the barbells were high quality and clearly well taken care of, and even the wall ball I used during the metcon was top of the line. We started with a thorough warm-up, moved into a strength portion, and wrapped up with a solid metcon that left me gassed in the best way. This is by far the best drop-in experience I have ever had. Jason is a wonderful coach and can offer his knowledge to anyone from the experienced crossfitter to a brand new person off the street. I have family that lives in the area and drop into this gym everytime I come to visit. Thank you for always being so welcoming, I will be back.

CrossFit Restore is truly exceptional! The coaches are fantastic and very knowledgeable. I’ve had a chance to chat with Jason, the head coach a few times and his knowledge in fitness and nutrition is impressive. He breaks down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps, which has been incredibly helpful as I’m getting back to CrossFit after a 5 year hiatus.
