About this business
We have been a CrossFit affiliated gym since 2013 and train people based on the CrossFit methodology. We offer two different training programs daily, one for beginner/intermediate athletes - CrossFit Fundamentals - and the other - CrossFit Evolved - for intermediate/advanced athletes. All our workouts are scalable and can be adapted to suit everyone.

CrossFit Resonate is a great place to train. Everyone is so welcoming and make you feel like you’ve been training there for years even if it’s your first class. The coaches are so knowledgeable and experienced and cater to all levels of fitness and ability. But most importantly, they’re supportive and they genuinely care about your fitness journey. Highly recommend CrossFit Resonate.

Started CrossFit about 12 months ago, these guys are the most supportive, welcoming and professional community and it made me feel really good about my decision to join.
