Proper classic CrossFit box. No BS
If you’re thinking about trying CrossFit but you’re a bit intimidated, I’d really recommend CrossFit Resonate. The biggest difference for me has been the coaching. Eden and the team are exceptionally experienced, especially with weightlifting and gymnastics, but they never make it about themselves. They’re constantly watching, giving feedback, explaining movements and helping you improve at your own pace. Resonate is a welcoming gym and has a wonderful community of clients, who possess a range of fitness abilities. I came back after having a baby and a short break from fitness recently and feel supported by not only the coaches but the other members. I even bring my baby to the classes and have never felt that we were not welcome. It’s a great vibe and community of wonderful people who are all very accepting of each other.
This gym is the best. I've had a handful of shortlived gym stints in my life, always struggling to make them stick and feeling self conscious about working out. Since starting at Resonate in January, I know that it's different this time around. The workout programme is great. It's challenging but scalable so everyone, regardless of fitness, can do the same workout.
