This gym had an extremely welcoming culture and structured a workout to succeed at my fitness level. I would recommend this gym to athletes at any level.
CrossFit resolve is an awesome place to train. I did a drop in and the coach is very welcoming as well as all the members. Great detail in the briefing and challenging programming with good old school coaching around technique tips and encouragement. Highly recommend CF Resolve to anyone looking to start CrossFit in Brissy or for someone to drop in!
Dropped in for a Crossfit session and Brandon was super accommodating. Fantastic box with friendly team and great vibe, would highly recommend.
I was in Brisbane for a couple of days and messaged to see if I could do a drop in session, Brandon welcomed me to join, during the class he was so knowledgeable and encouraging! Such a good vibe, everyone was very welcoming and I really enjoyed my morning sweat! Thanks again Brandon!
