My kids have had such an amazing experience at this boxing gym! From day one, the coaches have been incredibly supportive, patient, and motivating. They do a great job of teaching not just boxing skills, but also discipline, confidence, and respect.
This place is immaculate! I been a member here for years. It's a perfect place if you need structure, modification (if needed), challenge yourself while being in a supportive and fun environment. Josh is creative and make sure people feel welcome in his gym. All coaches will encourage you to push towards your full potential. Since being a member... This is a great gym! All the folks working out are encouraging and nice. The icing on the cake is Josh, the owner. He is so encouraging and enthusiastic! He has nothing but kind words for all his clients. From French toast Fridays to hugs before the workout, Josh is like the gym mom you never knew you wanted. Thank you Renatus for putting the FUN in functional fitness training!
