I recently moved from the GC to Gympie and I've been looking for a great place to work out. I'm not looking any more after finding Crossfit Release! Everyone here is awesome, the trainers are super friendly and dedicated to making sure that people have the correct techniques to prosper and avoid injury. I was a bit intimidating joining a crossfit gym but i had nothing to worry about. Very welcoming gym. 9am class on the 2/06/25. Great instruction from Alex and the supportive environment created by the members, made this one of my favourite drop ins in Australia.

Great atmosphere to become fitter and stronger, safe, fun and supported. No mirrors, all genuine fitness participants welcomed and clear briefings and demonstrations of great authentic crossfit affiliate prorgamming. Kind unassuming and gentle leadership, real training for real health benefits. Try it for yourself. Gympie's best group training space. You don't have to already be a gym junkie to love this place and these people

You won’t find a better crossfit gym in the gympie area, the coaches are first class with a wealth of knowledge to help you scale a workout depending where you’re at in your fitness journey. The members are all very welcoming and such a supportive community. Love this place.
