CrossFit Regulate is a great gym with a welcoming and supportive community. The coaches are helpful, encouraging, and really care about helping you reach your goals.
After moving from Kansas to Amelia, I knew I wanted to find a CrossFit gym to join. In June 2024, saw this one, tried it out, and decided this is the place for me. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and were not intimidating. All of the coaches are great at giving pointers, checking on technique, and adjusting the workout to meet your fitness level. Truly is a place for everyone! I joined in March of 2023 and it has been the best decision I have ever made. The coaches are incredible and will help you the best of your ability. I have never felt more in place in a community of people! I love going to the gym everyday and have made the best of friends along the way!
