I was visiting Cincinnati for a week in a work trip, when in googled CrossFit Cincinnati, there were many gyms in the area that were accessible for me. As I took to social media and started to research all the gyms, CrossFit regulate stood out among the crowd, the gym seemed to be a true tight knit community which athletes of all levels and an friendly welcoming environment. CrossFit Regulate is a great gym with a welcoming and supportive community. The coaches are helpful, encouraging, and really care about helping you reach your goals.
After moving from Kansas to Amelia, I knew I wanted to find a CrossFit gym to join. In June 2024, saw this one, tried it out, and decided this is the place for me. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and were not intimidating. All of the coaches are great at giving pointers, checking on technique, and adjusting the workout to meet your fitness level.
