Fantastic Box! Located in the back side of Life Church. A place for the whole family to get fit!
Very poor at responding to calls or emails
I dropped in while visiting Louisville and it was such a great experience. The people at the gym are so friendly and welcoming. They offer a variety of classes and the workouts were fun but challenging. I highly recommend that everyone check them out.

My kids and I have been members of CrossFit Regeneration for about 10 years. We started with my kids in the then-new kids class. Soon they started a teens class and my teens joined in. Then I decided to join the MissFit program. It’s been one of the best decisions of my life. This was a great way for my family to achieve physical fitness together and have another tie that binds our family together.
