I love this place! Great owners, trainers and staff. I have been apart of serval boxes over the years and CrossFit Recreate is among the best. I especially like how the trainers start with good warm-up and focus on proper technique. I also love the fact that everyone in each class is so welcoming and encouraging.
Great facility, amazing knowledgeable owners and coaches. Members are very welcoming and supportive. My husband and I have been members for a month now and are excited to see improvements in our fitness and health already.
My expectations have been exceeded!! The Coaches & members are so encouraging and helpful. Classes are well organized and can be scaled for all fitness levels. I love sweating it out at Recreate!! It’s an upbeat environment full of great people! I am more inspired and excited with each class I take!!
Joining Recreate was a leap of faith for me. I was hesitant and honestly a little scared to start, but I'm so glad I did!
