Coaches are very supportive. They train you so well each session. I’m enjoying the community. Overall experience is a top notch!
Reality is essentially my 4th CrossFit gym spanning 14 years & is, by far, one of my favorites! The owners are hands-on with day-to-day management & coaching. The coaches are personable & fully engaged during classes ready to offer relatable movement cues as needed. Bonus points for extensive class schedule & awesome sense of community! Highly recommend!
Below is my first review and I am still here and loving it! The community has grown, it just keeps getting better. Crossfit Reality is friends, family and fun . I'm so happy I found my new home! I took a 2 year break from Crossfit after a car accident. After trying a week at CrossFit Reality I was hooked all over again. Great space, consistent programming and awesome coaches!
Really well equipped facility and they have open gym during class. Coaches are top quality too
I've been CrossFitting since 2012 and have trained at several different boxes over the years, so I know what makes a gym stand out. I landed at CrossFit Reality after my previous gym closed, and it's been a great find. What I love most is the community. Honestly, I haven't been to a gym with a community this diverse and open in a long time. A lot of CrossFit gyms can develop a cliquey vibe without even realizing it, and that can be a real turnoff for new members or people who are just a little different from the "regulars." ... read more
