Dropped in during open gym hours. Great box with lots of ergs. Perfect space to do your hyrox workout. Class schedule looks great too.

I dropped in for my first CrossFit class (first one ever in my life!) on Monday and had a really awesome experience. Ricardo was my instructor and he was very patient with me and everyone else and specifically made sure my form was correct during the exercises and movements. He was very careful to make sure everyone was being safe. The other members in the gym were so nice and encouraging toward me as well. It was such a great experience and would definitely recommend this gym to anyone!

Absolutely love this gym! I’ve only been here a few months but everyone is so welcoming and the coaching is great!!
