Very inclusive of all fitness levels
This is the only crossfit gym that I have attended, but I can tell that the coaching and community are well above par. Being an experienced lifter, but a novice at many crossfit exercises, the coaches make me feel very confident in the movements before the workout starts. They also have great regressions if the prescribed movement is too difficult.
