Awesome environment, awesome people, reliable coaches and staff for support and motivation
I travel for work and found this gym (mayhem). It's amazing! The coaches are awesome, and just because you are a visitor, they will still help and push you like anyone else at the gym. All the regulars are always nice. It's just like being at my home gym.
Came for a free introductory class, this was my first time in a cross fit gym, instructor couldn’t explain or help me in any way, he got in the front, showed us in writing what we were supposed to do, he didn’t show how, I’m not sure if all the instructors in a cross fit gym suppose to do that, I guess they think everyone suppose to know how to train and use equipments or even exercise by themselves, if that was the case I could just follow instructions through YouTube videos🤣🤣 It was a horrible class, and this facility th... read more
