I love Railbirds. I enjoy the fact I can walk in, a clsss in already prepped and ready for me, and I get a killer workout that includes strength training and some kind of cardio. The community of friends I’ve made who encourage me on the hard days is my favorite.
I started doing Crossfit with Crossfit Railbirds in August of 2024. It became apparent after I retired from the military that just working on the farm was not going to be enough to keep me in decent shape, and I had a lot of buddies that had done Crossfit and spoke highly of it so I decided to give it a shot.
