I started doing Crossfit with Crossfit Railbirds in August of 2024. It became apparent after I retired from the military that just working on the farm was not going to be enough to keep me in decent shape, and I had a lot of buddies that had done Crossfit and spoke highly of it so I decided to give it a shot.
