I’ve been a member of Crossfit Raidho for three years and am so thankful to be a part of this community. The owners have so much knowledge of this sport - they helped me break bad lifting habits and helped me learn to lift with correct form. The facility is always clean and they have all the equipment you need to be successful in your fitness journey. I absolutely love being a part of the CrossFit Raidho community! The owners are such amazing people and the coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and a blast to learn from. CrossFit Raidho builds a community of positivity and support no matter where you are in your life/fitness journey. I couldn't imagine working out or spending time with a better group of people!

I’ve only been a member for about 6 months. When I first walked through the doors I felt immediately welcomed and like this was a solid, family-like community.. and it definitely is! Everyone is so kind and we all root each other on. The coaches are very knowledgeable and truly care about each individual’s abilities and are able to help adjust if it’s needed.
