The coaches are the absolute best! They are so motivating and are always there to help with form and advice. Couldn't ask for a better team to help me succeed!
Started at 50 yrs old about a year ago. Was absolutely nervous. All the coaches care and work with you at your level. The scaling options keep helping you get better every day. The members are amazing also and welcoming. Life changing. Besides the structured classes you can use the equipment and do your own thing just to keep moving. As Coach J said to me it’s only as hard as you make it. Just keep moving and you find your way. So much Gratitude to Raid and all my new CrossFit peeps. Giddy up.
