In April 2025, I started CrossFit for the very first time. I was nervous and excited, but determined to push myself into something new. Before moving from Michigan, I used to do CrossFit with my friends, and honestly, I was hesitant to start again in a new place. But this gym completely changed that. The coaches and members here are so kind, welcoming, and supportive. Every class is enjoyable, challenging, and filled with positive energy. I’m so glad I gave it a chance. It’s not just about fitness-it’s about connection, growth, and joy. The owner genuinely cares about her staff and clients. I’m so glad I picked this gym to get back in to my fitness routine.
Suzanne was fantastic! Facility is very clean and visually appealing. Her skills in massage are outstanding. I was very comfortable and the service I received left me feeling relaxed, refreshed. She is located in CrossFit in Midway shopping center off Raeford Road behind the main row of buildings. Book an appointment, you will not be disappointed!
