great coaches, friendly atmosphere
Highly recommended. Don't need to think twice, for anyone who have fitness goals to achieve. I was new to CrossFit, but the coaches here and the program they follow make competent Crossfit-ers of beginners. The owners Maggie and Lucas were incredibly welcoming, supportive, and badass. It is so unfortunate I don't live in Qualicum Beach anymore. I loved coming to this place.
I did a drop-in WOD at CrossFit Qualicum Beach, and it is clear that this is a business that cares deeply about its customers and the community. From the first email communication, the owners Maggie and Lucas were very friendly and welcoming. At the class, the whole group was also very friendly. The gym is clean and well-equipped, and the workout was scalable to all levels. Highly recommended!!
Thanks so much for having me today! Great place to drop in- staff and athletes were all so welcoming and SO accommodating for my daughter to hang out during the WOD. Cant wait to visit again!
