This is a world class gym and I had a great time working out there! Everyone was so kind and friendly, and the trainers and class members were excellent! They gave great advice on how to improve my form on various lifts, offered ideas on how to modify the workouts to fit my ability level, and they were so positive and encouraging all through the workout. It was an AMAZING experience and I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a great place to work out.
Went this Friday for Bring a Friend Day with my sister and absolutely loved it. It’s a great workout with incredible trainer who guide you through every routine along the way. The members are motivating, encouraging, and genuinely cheer you on throughout the process. You get both cardio and strength training all in one workout. Front desk was super friendly. What an amazing team.

I had been on a fitness journey for years, but it wasn’t until 2023 that I realized I had been missing out. I tried this gym and haven’t looked back. I wish I had done it sooner. I have looked at my health stats from over the years and I am in the healthiest place I have ever been in my life. I am lifting, which is something I never thought I could do.
