Best place for CrossFit in Franklin. Workouts are super fun and can be scaled to any ability. Wether your an elite Crossfitter or a newbie you will have a good time and great workout. The community and support here is like a second family. Love this place.

Moved to Pukekohe at the start of 2025 and Crossfit Pukekohe welcomed me to their community. A great example of what Crossfit is about and an amazing group of people to train with.
Did a drop-in at Pukekohe Crossfit in March, loved the atmosphere, the crew was lively, great coach, and fun programming! I'll be back for sure.
Haven’t been here is a couple of years. I am from the states. But it was easy to sign up. We just showed up a couple of times. They take cash. Maybe only cash. It was a great class and a good workout.
