I joined Crossfit Prescott Valley at the beginning of January and they had advised me to enroll in the Health Plan, as I had explained I was highly motivated to get in shape. They recommended 3 months minimum of the Health program, as a person who has always starved myself on crash diets with no permanent weight loss, I knew it would be a good idea.
