Dropped in when I was in town for the weekend coaching. Great space, the coach was super kind and accommodating. We chatted a lot about working out and Hyrox! Hopefully they get to do one in Greece! The few members I met were very welcoming and respectful! Would recommend for anyone who’s in town to check them out!
This gym is gold; the owners Paul and Irene are amazing humans and coaches. They make you feel welcome every single day. The coaches are also super great and have so much knowledge to share. The community is wonderful and so encouraging. My husband and I love this gym
