This gym is gold; the owners Paul and Irene are amazing humans and coaches. They make you feel welcome every single day. The coaches are also super great and have so much knowledge to share. The community is wonderful and so encouraging. My husband and I love this gym

I was visiting from out of state and dropped in for a few classes. Great gym, good equipment, attentive coaches.
I am visiting family and dropped in for a couple of classes. Coach Irene was very welcoming and Coach Paul was great at offering helpful pointers. I will definitely be back when I am in town.
