I can not say enough good things about this gym. I’m new to CrossFit and even though I was scared the coaches/staff have made it a wonderful experience! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I am still learning but they are patient and work with me to do the work effectively. I’m so impressed with how my body is already changing and my strength is improving! Thank you and can’t wait to be in the next class.

Dropped into CrossFit Power Method while in town for work, and was able to jump into a few early morning classes. Coach Courtney and her team of coaches were very welcoming and provided good warm-up activity, skill training, and a good daily workout plan. I was also very impressed with both classes I dropped into (different times), as the community of CF Power Method was very warm and welcoming.
