WODs are posted in advance, easy to sign up online, coaches are amazing, community is welcoming, and dog friendly. I took classes with Kyle, January, and Kelly and they are all awesome! Shout out to January's playlists!!! I crossfit all over the world and this was one of the most welcoming, community oriented boxes I have ever been to.
