Great place to learn and do cross fit
I served 8 years in the military and this place just hits the spot. The people are there are so inviting and it's a great atmosphere to build and grow mentally and physically. This isn't a normal gym. This is a community for all types of physical levels. 100% recommend.
Its always a positive experience. Polly and Kelly are slways welcoming and sincere. There church fit on Sunday at 11 00am is a unique opportunity to come together to share and commune with others .
