Great gym for a CrossFit workout in Port credit.
I dropped in from out of town and found the drop in price reasonable and the class structure easy to follow for someone used to CrossFit elsewhere. The workout was great, coaches knowledgeable, and everyone is upbeat and collaborative. Looking forward to meeting next visit
