Super fun gym as a drop in. Got sent to the are for a few days for work and lucked out with a great box. Everyone was super driven and the workout was a blast.
I came and dropped in 3x (all different times) during my week stay in Pompano Beach and so glad I did! Coaches were friendly and welcoming! The gym is clean and organized; I could find everything without asking a million questions. The programming was fun and challenging. My only regret is not taking advantage of their cold plunge. Thanks for keeping me on track even while on vacation!
This is the best gym. I started CrossFit a little over 2.5 years ago at another gym and there is no comparison. Not only does it have great WOD’s - ALL of the people are great. It’s supportive and like a family. BRUNO is my trainer and the best - everyday you have the best coaches! People check on you and the owner cares about you. I love it. 🥰
Did all the Open Workouts at CF Pompano Beach and every week had a blast and was surrounded by the most welcoming community! Gabby thank you so much for allowing me and some more to participate in the your in-house Comp! Thank you!
