This is the best gym. I started CrossFit a little over 2.5 years ago at another gym and there is no comparison. Not only does it have great WOD’s - ALL of the people are great. It’s supportive and like a family. BRUNO is my trainer and the best - everyday you have the best coaches! People check on you and the owner cares about you. I love it. 🥰
Did all the Open Workouts at CF Pompano Beach and every week had a blast and was surrounded by the most welcoming community! Gabby thank you so much for allowing me and some more to participate in the your in-house Comp! Thank you!

I was visiting Pompano Beach for two days and dropped in one day. Great facility, great coach (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) and a great workout! I was planning on dropping in a second day but had to leave early. Very clean, very organized! Nice job!
