While on vacation, I dropped in for a few classes. Especially “Murph” Great people!
If you’re visiting Kauai this is the gym to drop in to. Everyone is so welcoming. Special shout out to Coach Nate, Bret and Kimo. Can’t wait to see you guys again.
Great community of people here. Fun workouts that were organized well. Nate and Tyler were very welcoming and made jumping into the classes easy.
Amazing community, great coaches and a wonderful environment. Everyone was so welcoming and it was a great place to workout during vacation. It seems like they are doing a lot within their community at large which is inspiring to see and what more gyms should aim to do. Would highly recommend!
It's always a fantastic experience dropping in at CrossFit Poipu! I hadn't been to the island since 2019, so this past week was my first time visiting the newer location. Wow! The outdoor workout area is stunning, especially for the 6am workout. Coach Darren, the local regulars, and fellow visitors all made for fun and engaging classes. Thanks! ~ Becky J.
