I'm sad they closed. Always good people, always great coaching. Just happy environment to workout in.
First impression is very welcoming and they make you feel like you are at home. Focus is on community and encouragement at all levels. The gym is spacious and full of great equipment. Thank you CrossFit Point A!
I would rate my experience here an A++. The gym is clean and the workouts are a lot of fun! Cynthia and her husband Mike are great coaches who constantly push you to be the best athlete you can be. I love my time here and would highly recommend this place :)
