I’ve been coming to this gym for almost a year and it happened accidentally I wasn’t looking for it, the result are obvious and it has helped me tremendously both, physically and mentally. Dave and his team are very knowledgeable always putting first the health, then the PR’s. Glad to be doing this in the right place.

It is a very welcoming environment. The owner and all of the coaches are very encouraging. It is a great atmosphere to work out in regardless of fitness level. David and the coaches are very approachable and knowledgeable, always there to answer questions and provide support. This is by far the best CrossFit gym I’ve been to.
