Joining Pineville CrossFit has been a game changer for me. I can’t believe I waited this long to start—this place has completely changed how I move and feel. The coaches are incredible, especially when it comes to mobility. They’ve helped me unlock movements I didn’t think were possible at my age. The workouts are challenging but scalable, and the community is super supportive. If you’re on the fence, just go. You won’t regret it.

Hey everyone! First things first—if you’re new and just getting started, don’t be intimidated! Michelle was incredibly helpful in getting me set up, and every trainer and athlete at this gym has been nothing but kind, supportive, and welcoming. I had to head out of town shortly after joining and ran into a scheduling issue, and Michelle handled it with such kindness, understanding, and compassion. I have been training at Crossfit Pineville for over a month now and it has been a great experience so far. I specifically train for Hyrox and I am confident that their Hyrox classes will prepare me for my first Hyrox race this year. The coaches are excellent and there is a wonderful community. I highly recommend you check it out for yourself!
