I’ve been loving this CrossFit gym. The workouts translate really well to hockey—my conditioning, strength, and overall endurance on the ice have noticeably improved. Everything feels purposeful and sport-focused, not just random workouts. Corey is awesome too—super knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping you get better. He makes sure movements are done right and pushes you in the best way. Highly recommend this place if you’re an athlete looking to level up.

I dropped in for the Christmas Eve WOD while visiting the Carolinas for the holidays. I had a little issue figuring out how to register for the class and the owners were really nice and messaged me out to get setup. The gym has a nice layout and a lot of natural light, which is a big plus for me. The partner workout was a fun mix of cardio and lifts which I did with another drop in.
