I have been going to CrossFit Pickering for almost 1 year. It is much better than a regular gym, I am motivated to go, and I feel I am getting healthier. CrossFit Pickering is a great place, the members are amazing and the coaches are superb.

We have used CrossFit Pickering for both my sons 10 year old hockey team and my daughters U14 Ringette team. They were fabulous with both teams but the girls and Trainer Elizabeth bonded so well. She was amazing with our young women and they looked forward to attending every session. She did a fabulous job with them
