I attend one class while visiting the area. Joann was awesome, she spent the time with me understanding my fitness goals and gave some very valuable feedback. The sense of community at Crossfit 104 and welcoming attitude stood out for me. Highly recommended
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience competing at CrossFit 104! The event was extremely well run, and you could tell how much thought and effort the owner and staff put into making it a great experience for the athletes. They definitely leveled up the competition this year, and everything felt organized, welcoming, and athlete-focused. Good place, good people, and an awesome competition. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back!
This is a great gym with great people! I was in town for three weeks and the community of people welcomed me with open arms to their gym! The owner, Joanne, is so kind and helpful! She has built a culture that is encouraging and kind, not intimidating or stressful. If I lived here, this would be my home gym! Workouts are good, gym is clean, and people are awesome!
Two years ago, I moved to Crystal Lake from Spain, and from day one I was welcomed with so much kindness. It’s not easy to change your life, and even more so to leave everything behind in another country, but the CrossFit 104 community gave me a family and friends I can rely on. Joann, the owner, as well as all the coaches, are always looking out for you. No matter your CrossFit level, they always help you push yourself and improve. Together, they have built an amazing community that truly makes me feel at home :)
