I came in for the friends and family week here. The energy, the community, and the coaching are all top-notch. Whether you're brand new to CrossFit like me or a seasoned athlete, you'll feel welcomed and challenged here. The coaches are super knowledgeable and genuinely care about your progress and safety. Every workout is different, and the environment keeps you motivated. Big shoutout to JoAnn for building such an amazing space. This gym is more than just a place to work out, it's a community. Highly recommend!
