I was a member for a few years as I was attending college nearby. I liked having an escape from campus to workout. The people were always friendly and encouraging. The workouts consistently gave me an appropriate challenge. If you are an experienced crossfitter, you might find the warm ups corny but as a result, my form improved over my time being a member. CFP is the best place to test your physical and mental strength with encouragement from fellow members and coaches. The workouts change daily which keeps it interesting! And the coaches are people you can trust and look up to because they actually do the workouts too!!
Great CrossFit Gym with even better coaches, members and atmosphere. The workouts leave you sweaty and feeling strong. Best part, I keep coming back for more. You won't regret your decision to try this box.
10/10 recommendation for all levels of experience, from the first timer, through to the seasoned crossfit athlete. The atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging and the coaches are knowledgeable and willing to help you learn and grow. Most importantly, you’ll becoming a better version of yourself - and make some like minded great friends in the process!
