Dropped in a few times in 2021 and again today (2024). This gym keeps getting better each time I come. Everyone is so friendly! I walked into the 5am class, was immediately greeted by the coach, Brian, and several of the members. Workouts are great, tons of scaling options offered with zero judgment. This really is a place for everyone regardless of age or fitness level. Scott is always so great when I contact him to set up drop ins and makes me feel right at home. 10/10, I can't recommendation this gym enough.
