Being 57 and out of shape, was a little nervous about joining CrossFit. Can say it was the right decision. All the trainers are very knowledgeable, encouraging and willing to help. The classes are designed to work for everyone which I really appreciate. Each class I’ve attended, everyone has been very welcoming. Again, so glad I decided to join.
