CrossFit Perception is an amazing gym to be a part of! Everyone there is welcoming and friendly. The coaches are phenomenal and knowledgeable. Any ailments/limitations you may have, they will work with you to modify the program. I also like the smaller-sized classes, if you're not too keen on larger groups. This gives coaches a tad more time to work with you on your movements and PRs. I highly recommend!
Great gym with a great community! The coaches here are great and the gym has great spacing- it never feels cramped. Love coming here!
