I’d never heard of CrossFit and didn’t know it was a ‘thing’ before starting in May this year! I'd always thought CrossFit was for young, super fit people but at CrossFit Penzance I discovered everything is scalable and it really is for everyone, no matter your age, strength, fitness or ability. CrossFit Penzance really make sure you are comfortable and I never feel self conscious as everyone is adjusting the work out in different ways so I never feel like I'm standing out for having to do the easier options. A crossfit box like no other! It provides the best coaching around, has a really welcoming atmosphere and you can train exactly to suit your needs with no pressure or expectation to be like anyone else. CFPZ provides a space where you can enjoy your training for leisure, social or competative goals and offers a number of classes to suit everyone's needs. Forever grateful for this place and I highly recommend them if you're thinking of joining or visiting. The best in the buisness!
I moved CrossFit Gyms when I moved back to Penzance and the difference here is absolutely black & white, the Coaches are fantastic, the guy who runs it is brilliant, he really takes the time to make you feel welcome and always checks in with everyone! I would really recommend this place if you’re new to training or if you’re over a certain age you could pop in to the legends classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they really are catering for everyone!
