Fantastic workout sessions with the team at CrossFit Tenby
Started my CrossFit journey after lock down I was 69 thought I’ll never be able to do this but with great coaching. I’m able to get though the classes . I’m coming up to 72 now Iv never been fitter . Plus it’s a fabulous community. Take the plunge you won’t regret it
Carew Tenby Crossfit is fantastic! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, regardless of your fitness level. The facilities are top-notch, and every session is challenging and varied. I was hesitant to start at my age (nearly 50), but it's definitely achievable! While it might take a bit longer to master some techniques, it's an excellent workout for both aerobic fitness and strength building. Highly recommended!
