Did a drop in class today whilst working in the area. The class was great. Everyone was friendly and Sam the coach was great at explaining the workout. I'll pop in again if I'm in the area :)
The very best there is. Extremely welcoming & friendly atmosphere. Coaches are extremely accommodating to all abilities.
