I joined CFPC just over two months ago and am so glad I did! Being new to CrossFit was intimidating at first, but the coaches break things down every class so you always know what you’re doing. The members are incredibly welcoming and encouraging, which makes such a difference. I also love that it’s family-friendly—being able to bring your kids to the gym is so helpful. Other places I’ve tried or looked into exclude kids, which can be a real barrier for parents. I’m really looking forward to bringing my kids to the homeschoo... read more

Highly recommend checking out this gym. They have a free intro class and the coaches are great. Crossfit is for any skill level and have plenty of scaling options. Everyone has been so welcoming since joining in August.Â
