I have been a part of CFPC for almost 7 years now. I started as a mom of 3 struggling with lack of energy and lack of time. CFPC welcomed not only me, but my small kids that had to go with me. CFPC has always had a space for them, and my kids have grown up with some of their best playmates at the gym. Physically, I have found great endurance and stamina again. Fantastic CrossFit gym. The coach is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I also thought the other members were very cool, and welcoming.
