Inviting and welcoming environment! I dropped in for 3 classes while on vacation, and I received clear instruction and guidance throughout the class. I hope to drop in next year!
I purchased a weeklong pass to drop in while I was visiting the area and had a great experience. The team was very welcoming and the programming was excellent, consistent with the types of workouts I have been doing in my home gym. I'll definitely be back next summer. Thank you!
CrossFit Peacedale has been my yearly week long CrossFit family for many years and I couldn't have asked for a better family. The WOD's always challenge me. The coaches not only are very knowledgeable but don't let you give up when it gets hard.
