Friendly members and coach. We were a group of five and had a good drop in experience. This gym is huge with a lot of equipment, really nice space!
I dropped into classes here for a week while I was on vacation, and absolutely loved it! The staff and gym members were welcoming and friendly, the trainers were excellent at meeting me where I'm at on my own fitness level and pushing me to reach my best potential, and the 1 week drop-in pass was a great price for all that it gets you. I'll definitely be coming back here anytime I'm in town! :)

I dropped in twice last week while my family was in Avalon for Easter weekend. As I am still somewhat new to CF, Rachel was extremely helpful in making me feel comfortable at a new box and sent me the WOD for the day I was attending so I knew what to expect. She is also a very knowledgeable and encouraging coach and instructor. The members were also very welcoming and nice, and had no hesitation including me, as I also attended a partner workout.
