Awesome spot! I moved into the area and was really looking to get back into CrossFit but wanted the community aspect The owners Todd and Janet are super friendly and I instantly made a ton of friends with how welcoming everyone was. The workouts are different every day and the coaches help you modify it as needed. I lost weight and gained muscle, and it was fun! The price is reasonable and I highly recommend it for any one of all ages and fitness levels.
Everyone was so nice and welcoming! My husband and I dropped in and will definitely be back when we're in the area!
Well I was going to another CrossFit gym that I really liked and it was over 20 minutes away. I kept telling my wife that I really liked it and didn’t want to switch. I finally went into CrossFit Palm Harbor and I immediately felt like I had found my new home! Todd the owner couldn’t have been nicer and professional.
