I had an awesome experience at CF Palm Bay - I happened to be visiting the area and bought a week of drop-ins - the price was unbeatable, the people friendly, and the environment super enjoyable. I haven't had the best luck with certain CF gyms, but CF Palm Bay was a cut above the rest. I had an amazing time, loved the community, and already cant wait to come back to visit again. Many thanks to Jess, the coaches, and the members for an awesome week of drop-ins!

Love this Crossfit! My family and I (husband and 3 kids) have been coming here for about a year now! Great atmosphere! Mike and Jessica are amazing! I have no background of Crossfit at all and I have learned so much and accomplished more than I thought I would! We normally go every day during the week! I cannot get enough of it! Thanks Palm Bay CrossFit! You have given me a whole new outlook on how important it is to take care of my body! 🩷

The coaches and people here are amazing! From the very first day that I joined the gym, I have felt like I belong, and everyone lovingly cheers each other on to train harder and become stronger. You make genuine friends here. The workouts are professionally crafted, and every month I feel the results transforming my body (in a good way -muscles and stamina).
