Great place. Members are like family. The make modifications for whatever level you are at! Anybody can succeed here.
From someone with zero CrossFit experience, let me just say, this place is AWESOME. I’ve been going for a few weeks now, and every time I walk in, there’s someone there to greet me, guide me, and honestly just be a good friend. It truly feels like a community. Went into there shop on accident looking for someone. The owner was very rude about me going in. He asked who I was looking for in a rude attitude way and when I said a name he said “no he’s not here.” Going into a place of business you expect hospitality “hi, how can I help you” but not here. I tried explaining the reason why I was there looking for him and all I got was “like I said he’s not here” in the most rudest tone.
