I am an older guy who doesn't want to "let the old man in". Working With the team at The Forge three times a week they push me just enough to meet my goal. Great team. Highly recommend.
Great facility with lots of space and equipment. Danielle was a fantastic coach, very welcoming vibe from the members as I was just visiting for a drop in.
I have been training here for years, and it just keeps getting better. As a long time endurance athlete I have been itching to get back to competing but was looking for something that would not beat me up too much; did my first Hyrox race last year and am now fully addicted. Love the coaches and community here, they push me hard!
I am all about supporting mothers who just had a baby and doing the best they can. However, a coach showed up w an infant in a stroller, was so distracted and never really coached. It was basically an open gym. Supposedly a coach stood in a corner w a baby, never coached, didn't say a word, never showed where the equipments are and the drop uns were just there to find for themselves. My fiance, my best friend, and I decided to drop in the morning before we were getting married later that day. WORST experience at a crossfit gym ever. My fiance has gone to many crossfit gyms across the country too and he's a very easy going guy but was pissed at how bad this place was. Only interaction we received from the coach was Hi and Bye.
