CrossFit Outlaw is a strong community focused group of people with different backgrounds that work together to achieve and help others to achieve their own personal and professional goals. 10/10 My wife has been going to Outlaw North CrossFit for about 4 months now, starting with very little workout experience and never having been part of a class before. She joined the Diapers & Dumbbells program, and the transformation has been incredible to see. Even though I haven’t been to the gym myself, I can see the results — not just physically, but in her confidence and energy. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. I joined a few months ago as a 50+ woman with minimal experience of strength training. The owner, instructors and members have been welcoming and supportive and I love the range of workouts. The standard of instruction is really high and members are all ages and levels of athleticism from very experienced to newbies like me. Awesome place and awesome people. Definitely recommend if you need a fitness program that is baby friendly during mat leave. Personally found the price reasonable and so easy to build community if you are looking for that. I’m not a CrossFit person and I was very hesitant at first. Happy a friend convinced me to give it a try.
