Clean and organized. 5:30AM class I attended was friendly and well attended. Coach George was present and gave good adjustments to each person in the class. You can tell the people who attend regularly are improving and getting stronger. Will be back! Thank you!
A fun place to work out, and excellent coaching.
Love this gym and the people here! Such a great community and love that the workouts are different everyday. Pretty close to one on one training in every class with George is a definite bonus too!
I've been working out with George for two weeks now. I've actually only made it for seven workouts during that time, but it has already made a huge difference for me. A month ago I was feeling chronically tired. I was also uncharacteristically tired of everything I was doing, so I knew something was wrong. I tried getting more sleep, but that didn't do any good.
