Leigh was excellent and everyone was very hospitable. Good workout. Good community. I highly recommend and will always be back when I am in town.
Wow, what a challenge! This is a one of a kind experience that I really enjoyed. Really pushed myself to the limit. Motivating coach Lea, great community, top notch equipment, easy to understand instructions, amazing instructor. Great place, everyone should give this a shot. Will defiantly be coming back! Loved it
Leigh, the trainer, really worked with me and used equipment I would never have thought to use. She is motivating, encouraging, and just gives off good energy vibes. Your vibe attracts your tribe :) Leigh is an asset to your team. The other clients were very welcoming to me and kind. It feels like I’m joining a community, not just a CrossFit. I am looking forward to joining their community and maybe learning how to do a push up.
