I am a seventy-one year old woman who had sustained injuries from a previous gym. For the last four years, the Owner and her compassionate coach Tonja have worked with me, always finding a work around if I was challenged. This gym and it's family oriented members have been a game changer and live saver to me. If you are looking for a great gym to improve the overall quality of your life, even if you are older and/or a beginner, I could not give a higher recommendation!
This is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The classes are excellent, the atmosphere is very motivating, and everyone is super friendly. I really enjoy working out here and highly recommend it.
Since moving across the steeet this gym has been a lifesaver and I’ve met the best fitness community that keeps me accountable. Especially Tonja! She rocks! I’m getting stronger every day.
Amazing workouts, great environment and coaches that really look out for their members and treat you like family. I can’t say enough about this place. If you haven’t tried the free class you’re truly missing out!
