I can’t say enough good things about this gym. It’s a great place to workout. It’s clean and well organized and has super friendly and knowledgeable staff who are able to help you wherever you are on your fitness journey. The community is top notch.
Absolutely love CFO! I have been working out here since 2018. George is a great coach - he is knowledgeable, is clear with explanations and always willing to clarify or explain it in a different way. He takes the time to find something positive/encouraging to say to each person throughout the duration of class.
