As an older guy (65 this year) moving is so important and I find CrossFit is an excellent program as far as getting me moving and doing a lot of things that I don’t normally do. Coach George is great at altering the workouts for someone my age to be able to still do it and have success. Love it!!
This place is awesome! Trainer George is amazing. Super friendly, super helpful with modifications if my ability isn’t quite up to par. In my option, George makes this place worth coming back to over and over. The motivation, enthusiasm and encouragement is more than 5 stars.
Love being part of CrossFit Orville! I’ve only been at the gym a couple months and have already increased every lift! Really enjoy the programming and the coaching just really clicks for me! If you’re new to CrossFit it’s just a really welcoming environment . I had some experience prior but I really enjoyed the warmth of this gym.

CFO has literally changed my life. Before I came and got plugged into the community and classes I was very out of shape and extremely over weight. Through great coaching, consistent effort and awesome community of encouraging people, over the last 5 years I have been able to transform myself to a more fit and healthy individual.
